Duties

• Negotiate and draft credit agreements, commitment letters, and security documents.
• Prepare issues lists, term sheets, intercreditor agreements, and legal opinions.
• Lead due diligence teams and coordinate with specialists.
• Manage matters with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in debt finance transactions.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent academic performance and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) required.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the United States.
