San Jose office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks immigration attorney - consular processing with 1-4 years of immigration law experience. The candidate will report to the Sr. Associate Attorney, manage their own caseload, as well as client interaction, and can collaborate with the wonderful Immigration Team of Attorneys and legal assistants. Will manage the workload of CP/Waiver cases, including I-130, I-601A, I-212, I-601, consular processing, and K-Visa. Prepare clients for their consulate interview. Represent clients before USCIS. Review immigration applications/packets prepared. Manage a team of paralegals to meet productivity goals and client expectations. Provide legal analysis for clients to determine any possible case benefits. Prepare and submit legal briefs for a variety of immigration cases. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Experience with Consular Processing applications and Waivers is essential. Experience with Case Management Software is preferred.
