Duties: The candidate will be part of a radio standards team managing Nokia global competitive standard essential patent portfolio in LTE/5G-NR/6G. Engage in the whole life cycle of Interlectual Property management. will work closely with inventors, technical experts and 3GPP standards delegates to identify and protect high value inventions reading on 5G/6G and manage all phases of patent prosecution. Review invention disclosure submissions to make first filing decisions. Work with external associates for preparing and filing patent applications. Engage in preparing responses to office actions for patent applications filed across various jurisdictions. Evaluate patent applications to make foreign filing decisions. Manage claim charting to 5G-NR/6G.
