Live Production Specialist(Housing Coordinator for Lufkin Live Operations) BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate new house construction and farm upgrade construction with growers, building contractors and department managers for pullets, hens, and broilers.Verify housing is built according to all company specifications and completed on scheduleConduct housing verifications for wind speed, static pressure, water volume & quality, light readings, and any other housing attributesAssist with scheduling for bird placements and movingCommunication between department managers, service techs, farms, internal and external customersResponsible for recruiting and retaining contract growers for broilers, pullets, and breeder farmsRecord keeping and filing of confidential materialsOther duties as assignedBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:5-7 years related experienceMust have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)Experience in Mtech is preferredMust be able to multi task and work in a fast paced environmentMust have excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenMust be able self-motivated and work with little or no supervision and make decisions when necessaryMust be organized and detail-orientedConfidentiality is a must\u00A0EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:\u00A02 years of college preferred\u00A0EOE/Vet/Disabled
