SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for working on the call center team which handles approximately 900 carrier calls a week. The candidate will be speaking with the carriers and/or drivers directly while recording OS&D information into a High Radius Claims System. The candidate must be able to independently gather quality information and make the most cost-effective decision and product dispositions for the company. The candidate will communication as needed with customer service representatives, Tyson shipping facilities, carriers, drivers, and Tyson dispatchers.

Other duties will be allocated.

DAYS/HOURS FOR THIS POSITION WILL BE: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience: 1 plus years’ experience preferred. Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Systems such as Excel, Outlook, SharePoint etc. Knowledge of SAP would be helpful.

Difficulty of Duties: Work activities are variable and require judgment multi-tasking and decision-making skills to complete tasks such as carrier disposition maintaining worklist and other duties as assigned.
