Profile
Primary Duties Include:
Coordinate, oversee, and ensure the daily administration of the Women's Gender and Sexuality Studies Program.
Oversee all budget matters, plan all course scheduling, and organize events in conjunction with the Director.
Prepare faculty appointment paperwork; edit informational materials for publicity; design and coordinate a yearly newsletter, and compose and edit other program communications for clarity.
Design and maintain the Program website and on-line calendar.
Maintain student files, oversee course registration, assist with student recruitment and advising, and maintain the WGS library. In addition, provide administrative support for the Director of Graduate Studies and the Director of Undergraduate Studies.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree and three years of experience.
