Litigation/Transactional Legal Secretary
The candidate should preferably have 5 years of experience, Must have strong knowledge of both federal and state court rules and calendaring experience (state and federal e-filing experience required). Also support transactional timekeepers in corporate, real estate, and/or trusts and estates practice areas. Prior experience supporting transactional attorneys is ideal; willingness to learn these practice areas in lieu of prior experience required. Must be detail-oriented, have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, be able to work as part of a team, and have the ability to prioritize work effectively and work under the pressure of deadlines. Also have advanced computer skills in MS Word, Legal MacPac, OpenText eDOCS Document Management (or other DM system) and CompuLaw court calendaring experience.
