POSITION SUMMARY:
Ensure general safety and structure of the property by monitoring guest activities to promote 
safety and well-being. 
- Additionally, ensure the structure is properly cared for and maintained.
- Maintain a daily log of any activities/incidents
- provide crisis intervention with the assistance of on call staff
- respond to guest concerns/needs
- record all incidents on a typed incident form as required
- attend monthly staff meetings when possible
- attend required trainings
- handle all client information confidentially and with respect
- Any duties as assigned by supervisory staff
- Ability to other languages encouraged but not required.
REPORTS TO:
Shelter Coordinator
EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIRED:
High School diploma or equivalency. Experience in related field preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Solitary on an emergency shelter bus.
