As a Worksite Representative, you will be responsible for supporting the Health Insurance Operations Unit by being a resource to agents and insureds.
Handles billing changes and updates as needed
Assist agents and insureds in problem solving and understanding requirements
Accurately and timely process policy changes as requested
Apply group premiums to ensure that the worksite group are updated correctly
Maintain communication with agents and insureds
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum two years’ experience in Healthcare Administration (preferred)
Strong customer service skills; previous experience in a customer focused environment required
Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly collaborative work environment
Proficient in computer knowledge, strong knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong technical and analytical aptitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
