Duties:

• Represent clients in insurance defense cases, with potential exposure to courtroom litigation.
• Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and draft necessary legal documents.
• Provide counsel to clients and work closely with senior attorneys to prepare cases for trial.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court representatives.
• Attend court hearings and trials as required to advocate on behalf of clients.
• Maintain accurate case files and track all case activities.

Requirements:

• 0-5 years of experience in insurance defense or related legal fields.
• Demonstrated skills in communication and legal writing.
• Prior courtroom or trial experience is preferred.
• Active Florida Bar License.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Florida Bar License (required).

Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
