Duties:

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters, including legal research and case analysis.
• Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters to negotiate settlements and resolve disputes.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
