Patent Prosecution Associate/Patent Agent - Software/EE
The candidate will be a member of the Software/Electrical Engineering Team and will need to have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar. Design engineering experience with a chip company is a plus. Preference for candidates with networking, software, 3G/4G/5G wireless network, or the like. Must be admitted to the USPTO and have 2-6 years of legal experience. Bar licensure in California is a plus.
