The ideal candidate will work alongside experienced attorneys to handle a variety of personal injury cases, ensuring clients receive the highest quality legal representation. This position provides an excellent opportunity to collaborate with a dedicated team while also managing caseloads independently.

Duties:

• Manage a personal injury caseload from pre-litigation through the claims process.
• Negotiate and communicate with insurance companies.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
• Draft legal documents including correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all legal documents.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with legal standards, regulations, and firm policies.

Requirements:

• Active Bar license in Missouri.
• At least 1 year of experience in personal injury law.
• Strong ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently.
• Proven negotiation skills, particularly in insurance-related matters.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on precision in document preparation.
• Professional and approachable communication style with clients and colleagues.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar license in Missouri.

Skills:

• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
