Job Overview: A law firm in Tempe, AZ, is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney to join their growing team. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with clients who have suffered injuries due to accidents, manage pre-litigation cases, and oversee the operations of the firm’s office. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, client-focused attorney with a passion for personal injury law and a proven ability to negotiate and build strong cases.

Duties:

• Lead and manage office and legal staff, ensuring efficient case handling and client service.
• Interview clients to gather relevant information and provide a comprehensive understanding of their cases.
• Draft and file legal documents such as complaints, motions, and briefs.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies on behalf of clients, striving for optimal outcomes.
• Communicate regularly with clients, ensuring transparency and satisfaction throughout the case.
• Develop and build strong, persuasive cases with a focus on detail and legal analysis.
• Foster a team-oriented, results-driven environment to ensure successful case management.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Active membership in the Arizona State Bar or eligibility to practice law in Arizona.
• Prior experience in personal injury law, particularly with pre-litigation case management, is highly preferred.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information cleality to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus, but not required.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active State Bar membership in Arizona or eligibility to practice law in Arizona.
