So, if you’re looking for a company on the move-and truly one of the most diverse work environments on the planet-then Western Union could be for you.\r\r \rRight now, we are seeking a Manager, Product Marketing which could be located in either our Washington D.C. office, or our San Francisco office.\r\r \r\rIn this role you are responsible for collaborating with cross functional departments to validate market opportunities, to help manage the revenue growth and profitability of product lines, monitor and measure product performance, while seeking opportunities to enhance portfolios in core and adjacent markets.\r\rIn addition, you will:\r \r\r\r\r\r\r\rCollate and elaborate regional ideas for product enhancements\r\r\r\r\r\r\rProactively propose and submit innovation ideas to the regional product approval process on a routine basis\r\r\r\r\r\r\rWork with internal stakeholders to translate customer and market driven change requests into Business Case and Business Requirements for regional approval.\r\r\r\r\r\r\rRun product rollout by working with L&D and Marketing in region for staff training and localized marketing support and sales collaterals. \r\r\r\r\r\r\rRun the regional UAT with input and participation from business team members as needed to ensure that the product changes are fit for purpose and can be rolled out across the multiple legal entities and languages required in region. \r\r\r\r\r\r\rIdentify and activate pilot customers during the rollout phase (Key success measures)\r\r\r\r\r\r\rFollowing KPIs for new product feature launches and provide feedback to management on ROI, rollout success \r\rProduct Management & Support\r\r\r\r\r\rHold regular product updates and refresher training sessions to ensure at all teams are aware of what is available and how best to use it.\r\r\r\r\r\r\rEnsure that the internal teams are skilled enough to use the products, have access to materials and are able to determine whether a customer issue is a bug, a configuration issue or a user error.\rProvide support for all business stakeholders in troubleshooting and issues escalation and resolution\r\r\r\r\r\r\rParticipate in complex and large customer implementations to ensure that best product fit is adopted. \r\r\r\r\r\r\rFor each product line provide KPI analysis to review performance compared to external and internal bench marks.\r\r\r\r\r\r\rProvide MI and recommendations to business managers on product performance. What is working and what is not working\r\r\r\r\r\r\rManage Track and report on CR and Bug status to all the business in a transparent manner\r\r\r\r\r\r\r \r \r\r\r\r\r \r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\rQualifications;\r\r\rBachelors’ Degree in Computer Science, or related experience.\r\r\r5-7 years’ experience required in Financial Services/FinTech/Technology industry. \r\r\rExperience of our product suite highly advantageous. \r\r\r \rWith a 160-year history of connecting people when it matters most, Western Union continues to shape the world in which we live.
