Securities Litigation Associates or Senior Associates

The candidate will be handling securities litigation matters including representation of corporations or individuals in federal securities class actions and derivative suits. Experience handling SEC Enforcement and other government investigations, internal investigations and other white-collar and regulatory enforcement as well as related or parallel securities litigation matters. Juris Doctor is required. Should have 3-7 years of experience. Must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based. Should have a thorough knowledge of the substantive and procedural laws applicable to these claims and excellent litigation and writing skills. Should be able to effectively manage these types of engagements in state and federal court. Trial experience is a plus. Experience in regulatory (e.g., the SEC, CFTC) or criminal (e.g., DOJ, a USAO, District Attorney, Office of the Attorney General) enforcement organization is a plus.
