Duties: Manage departmental operations and respond to inquiries from faculty, staff, students, other University Offices, and the general public regarding OEO policies, procedures, programs and office activities, including but not limited to: discriminatory harassment issues and requests for accommodations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Under the direction of the Executive Director, draft, prepare and monitor the annual Affirmative Action Plan to ensure alignment with most currently defined categories and standards. Conduct case and complaint intakes and facilitate investigative functions of the office. Conduct investigations related to less complex to moderately complex cases at the discretion of the Executive Director. Participate in development and coordination of EEO training. Synthesize, analyze, and update data from various university and government sources (including but not limited to labor market studies, population, and census data, higher education institutions' research, etc.) for inclusion in AAP.
