Immigration Paralegal

The candidate will manage their own docket with limited supervision, managing cases from initiation to completion. Will meet with clients to obtain narratives for affidavits and review applications for filing. Prepare forms using information acquired from clients. Update the case management system and hard-copy files. Be comfortable answering phones and speaking with clients and their family members. Translate documents between Spanish and English. Serve as an interpreter between Spanish and English. Should be fluent in Spanish. Must have experience in a law firm, ideally in an immigration law firm. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and familiar with case management systems.
