Duties:

• Advise on collateralized loan obligation (CLO) transactions, collateralized debt obligations (CDOs), and various asset-backed securities.
• Structure and negotiate sophisticated finance transactions, including securitizations, asset-based lending (bilateral and syndicated), and hybrid financing arrangements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the firm to deliver strategic advice and execution on transactions for high-profile clients.
• Oversee documentation, compliance, and regulatory matters related to structured credit and CLO activities.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support structured credit matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience with collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), securitizations, and asset-based lending.
• Extensive experience working within a law firm environment, advising on sophisticated finance transactions.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• New York State Bar admission is required.
