Work you'll do
Deloitte's managed review team assists organizations and their legal counsel by helping to improve the overall document review process. Our focus is on streamlining the review, improving accuracy, and creating cost savings through leading practices and workflows such as data culling, the use of predictive coding and other analytics, and providing real-time reporting.
In addition, as part of a managed review, our experienced team of professionals can provide consultative support to outside counsel regarding quality control workflows, privilege logs, and document chronologies and synopses.
Our teams deliver managed review services to world class clients. Responsibilities may include compiling, analyzing, documenting, and designing the scope of work for various matters including litigation, investigations, regulatory compliance, and contract lifecycle management. Interns balance multiple projects and responsibilities, communicate engagement status to senior level team-members, and perform other tasks necessary to meet client needs.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelors' degree, Pursuing a JD required
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects/assignments/ responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills, both written and oral
Preferred:
Strong academic track record (GPA of 3.2 or above)
Knowledge of electronic discovery software including Relativity, Brainspace, HPeD/Introspect, Consilio, etc.
Technical experience in Litigation/Discovery
Ability to analyze legal documentation from a litigation perspective
Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite
