Senior Media Buyer

The candidate will identify target audiences and plan media campaigns while ensuring ad placements best meet goals and budget. Execution of effective broadcast media buys to support campaigns. Enter buys into buying system and send orders to vendors. Review competitive intel for insights and reporting dashboard for trends to include in weekly competitive reports. Research and evaluate new media opportunities and platforms, and confirm accuracy of all contracts and request revisions when necessary. Communicate effectively with external and internal media teams, and maintain positive professional relations with media vendors. Bachelor’s Degree in related field is preferred. Should have 10+ years of media buying/negotiations experience, preferable of a broadcast media (TV, cable, radio) buying capacity (for example role such as assistant media buyer, junior buyer, media buyer). Experience working with media buying/research software such as Nielsen, Comscore, etc. is required. Proficient in Strata/Freewheel buying software is preferred. Agency experience is a plus.
