The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing pre-litigation personal injury cases, including client consultations, case evaluations, negotiations, and settlements. The role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases while ensuring clients receive fair compensation for their injuries.

Location:

Duties:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of client cases to determine the most effective resolution strategies
• Negotiate with opposing parties to secure fair settlements for clients
• Maintain accurate and organized case documentation, including communications, negotiations, and settlements
• Provide exceptional client service by maintaining consistent communication and addressing client concerns
• Oversee and manage the workload of multiple paralegals, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deadlines
• Ensure that all client cases are handled efficiently and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Active Arizona Bar license
• Graduation from an accredited law school
• Prior experience in personal injury law
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Strong understanding of personal injury laws, regulations, and procedures
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
• Proficiency in legal research, case management software, and Microsoft Office suite
• Client-focused with an empathetic approach to handling cases

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Arizona Bar license

Skills:

• Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
