Responsible for identifying and remedying problems that result in revenue leakage by using reporting and analysis to minimize revenue loss and maximize cost containment. Has in-depth experience and knowledge in Enterprise products. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Advanced Excel skills. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

Job Description

Tracks and analyzes key financial metrics and operational procedures to foster process improvements. Drives operational efficiencies and cost savings.

Participates in the development and utilization of financial models and analysis. Prepares budgets and forecasts as directed by Manager.

Evaluates financial risks and opportunities by creating and reviewing operational and financial metrics.

Assists with the preparation of weekly, monthly and annual financial reports.

Researches variance to budget and forecast through detailed operational and financial metrics and explains results.

Reviews journal entries during month and year-end processes.

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Extracts data from multiple sources and conducts analysis to identify and correct areas of revenue leakage to ensure all products and services provided are billing per contract.

Establishes and evaluates on-going audits to monitor the order flow and entry into the Billers for all ethernet and over the top services as well as managed services.

Through audits identify and address root causes, host meetings and manage intakes to help solve root causes.

Ensures billing compliance and adherence to regulatory structure for accurate revenue reporting including the establishment of processes and controls.

Manages all aspects of assigned projects, maintains project plans and milestone timelines, and tracks performance to ensure project aligns with strategic objectives

Builds and maintains collaborative working relationships with business, technology and corporate segments across the organization in order to identify, understand and develop new analytic methods or databases.

Designs and build analysis-based presentations and tracking tools for diverse audiences.
