Responsibilities
Humana's Consumer Experience Strategy and Design team aims to deliver a personalized, seamless and easy healthcare experience for all our members. We break down traditional silos to design solutions based on how our members seek and receive care - this means teaming differently in a cross-functional manner, pioneering agile methodologies, and relentlessly focusing on the consumer experience.
As a Senior Strategy Advancement Professional, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Experience Strategy and Consumer Journey teams. You will be applying foundational business principles to value new opportunities and track in-flight initiatives, support report-outs to senior leadership, and move agile teams forward through in-market testing and implementation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Partner with journey leaders to communicate strategic recommendations, progress of experience initiatives and operating roadmap for the CEO, C-Suite and Board of Directors
Partner with business partners to prioritize experience-related initiatives based on a balance set of business- and consumer-driven criteria
Own ad hoc strategic projects in support of journey work, including problem framing, quantitative analysis, and development of supporting communication to socialize findings
Assess opportunity size of new and inflight initiatives to inform investment and scaling decisions
Conduct research, including competitive intelligence and market research to inform competitive advantage and new opportunity areas to explore
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with outstanding academic credentials, preferably with a quantitative focus
2 years prior experience in strategy, corporate development, business development, corporate strategic planning, investment banking, management consulting, finance, or related fields
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis with limited supervision
In addition, you are: highly collaborative, self-motivated, comfortable dealing with ambiguity, biased toward action. In addition, you have strong attention to detail, excellent verbal & written communication abilities, and robust experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Ideally reside in Central or Eastern time zone
