The
Client Issue Resolution Specialist
(CIRS)
supports the Client Engagement Group (CEG) by partnering with the Client Executive (CE) and Client Manager (CM) to ensure client satisfaction and retention of Quantum’s book of business. The CIRS is responsible for day-to-day resolution and management of client-identified issues and works to track, identify and correct errors that improve the overall client experience.
What you’ll do
Intake and triage service issues directed by Client.
Manage issue resolution items outside of individual members scope.
Coordinate member specific issues with POD Issue Resolution Specialist.
Act as liaison between POD Issue Resolution Specialist and Client Manager.
Identify trends with issues and errors and notify POD Manager, and/or Client Executive or Client Manager.
All other duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring
Current Team Lead or equivalent at Quantum Health.
Experience/familiarity working with Excel.
Empathetic attitude for patient and providers when addressing issues or concerns.
Ability to probe to determine root cause of problems to facilitate resolution of issues.
Strong customer service skills and/or superior phone skills.
Ability to make decisions that are timely and well thought out that achieve results consistent with business goals and organizational culture.
Ability to function as a team member with the working group and to interact professionally with other entities both internally and externally.
Ability to work independently and self-directed with limited need for day to day supervision.
Protect and take care of our company and member’s data every day by committing to work within our company ethics and policies.
Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
Trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information daily.
