Mid-Level Labor and Employment Associate
The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in employment litigation, including single plaintiff cases and wage and hour class actions. Must also be familiar with Federal Court Rules and E-Discovery. Must have excellent writing and analytical skills, experience handling multiple cases, and be able to serve as point person on litigation, including supervising junior associates and staff and serving as client contact. Must have demonstrated project management skills and be able to take a case and run with it. Deposition and/or courtroom experience required; employment advice and counseling experience desired. Should possess strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school and be licensed to practice in California.
