Seasonal Tax Manager - Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory Services
The candidate will be involved with tax provision review, assisting companies with all aspects of their preparation of the tax provision. Should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline. Must have 5+ years of relevant experience in tax provision or tax accounting. Should have a valid US Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or active State Bar membership. Relevant tax experience in business or industry with a broad exposure to federal income taxation essential. Strong analytical skills, written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal; problem-solving ability, and attention to detail needed. Must be knowledgeable with accounting for federal income tax, tax accounting for financial statements, and planning for tax rate impact and cash flow. Experience in corporate tax planning and compliance and federal income taxation essential. Strong ASC 740 and/or IAS 12 under IFRS experience are needed.
