The candidate will be responsible for drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements related to the acquisition of distributed generation solar and energy storage projects, as well as the negotiation of renewable energy power purchase agreements, energy storage agreements, build-transfer agreements, joint development agreements, and other related commercial agreements. Provides written and oral legal advice to clients. Anticipates and guards against legal risks involving the organization. Works to ensure budget compliance and avoids the need for outside counsel. Ensures disclosure of potentially material legal issues to senior leadership. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Must be Member in Good Standing of State Bar. High School Grad / GED required. Must have Juris Doctorate. Should have Bachelor's Degree. Must have 5+ years of experience.
