You will drive cross-functional teams to launch successful partnerships, meet or exceed the company’s revenue, growth, profitability and budgetary objectives. You will have the opportunity to partner with the Head of NA Partnerships and the Aon Digital Client Solutions leadership team to focus on specific areas of growth. You will interact with major internal and external clients to support partnership / program implementations and to drive the ongoing development of key accounts, using deep market insights, selecting the right digital solutions and operating model to succeed.You will work in a highly collaborative environment. The salary may also be adjusted based on the geographic location.Essential Job FunctionsDevelop distribution models for new and existing products and solutions.Develop new industry thought leadership content: prospect/client/colleague education, external Aon marketingAssist in building distinctive content and capability for clientsArticulate through verbal and written communication the value proposition for specific products and solutions to external prospects and internal colleaguesPartner with executive leadership within Aon to identify and prioritize opportunities for optimal business growthCollaborate with cross functional Partnerships team to ensure growth planning prioritizes client need and Aon capabilityPartner with business unit leaders to formulate strategies to drive improved financial performanceDevelop and communicate effective approaches to solving strategic problems for clients, across the organizationProvides real-time input to address and solution time-sensitive issuesSkills and experience that will lead to successEducation:Bachelor’s degree, business background preferredMaster’s degree in Business Administration preferredTechnical:Proficiency in Powerpoint and ExcelExperience working with data analyticsAbility to create executive presentationsExperience using visualization tools, preferably Looker, Tableau, or Power BIExperience working in Agile environmentsProfessional:7 years of shown experience in Technology and/or Operations and/or Business leadership roleExperience in a consulting role from a consulting firm, preferably within the FinTech or InsurTech industry, preferredExperience with driving growth through business development or partnerships.Excellent leadership, people management, communication and influencing skills at a senior level.Experience with prospect and client relationship management.Demonstrated results-orientation and strong problem-solving skill.Strong attention to detail, with a lean-in and roll-up your sleeves attitude, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.You will need to handle complex problems through identification, information gathering, and strategic solutions across all departments with CoverWallet.Strong ability to make sophisticated decisions in a fast-paced environment and under high stress situations, remaining poised and professional at all times.Apply critical thinking skills, using both logic and reasoning to identify strengths, areas of improvement, and determining appropriate course of actions.Proven project and budget management skills from concept to execution, prioritizing high impact activities and keeping projects moving forward driven by deadlines and performance.Highly organized, motivated, positive, and self-driven personality with the ability to quickly master challenging topics, think creatively, proactively problem solve, and deliver results. This is a hybrid role.
