Contracts Administrator
The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert as it relates to the facilitation and management of the third party contracts review and approval process. Will report to the Compliance Manager, however will work as a liaison between multiple levels of company leadership, the corporate legal team, as well as to current and prospective vendors. Manage and provide oversight on all contractual agreement reviews. Initiate, schedule, facilitate conference calls and meetings between management, process owners, legal counsel and/or prospective vendors. Review prospective vendor contracts and identify material data points to be considered as part of approval of said contracts. Draft contract updates/amendments for prospective vendors as necessary. Assist in the prioritization, tracking and reporting of the status for all current contracts under review and proposed contracts under consideration. Communicate and actively support managers, supervisors and other analysts while coordinating with team members to determine the proper course of action. Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company. Ability to work overtime. Understand business processes and the associated supporting technology to recommend necessary changes.
