The candidate will participate in the preparation and timeliness of statements and bills. Maintain client records related to invoicing and bill payment. Review work of billing and legal staff to ensure accuracy, resolving inconsistencies as needed. Draft and distribute reports of invoicing and billing metrics, and provide reports/metrics to management as needed. Provide assistance to clients with disputes or inquiries concerning invoices or billing processes. Complete electronic billing for insurance matters, as well as any specialty billing projects. Other related duties as assigned.
