Works as part of the Project Management Organization, assisting with the development of ROMs in support of a variety of construction projects for office renovation and computing labs. Provide superior client service and experience. Drive innovation through the ROM process. Meet assigned Service Level Agreement targets.
Review and develop construction cost budgets for office renovation and computing labs
Compare budget costs to benchmark pricing information, analyze quantities and scope items as well as assist in value engineering
Provide support during general contractor and architect sourcing, while also participating in both the general contractor and architect interviews as well as bid leveling process
Develop project unit pricing and labor rates
Enhance overall ROM service delivery by increasing efficiency and improving processes
Support in developing and maintaining customers historical cost benchmark for various project types
Prioritize requests to meet or exceed the customers’ expectations
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
Minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Management
Experience in Construction Management or Real Estate, preferred
Previous experience effectively supervising, training, mentoring, and evaluating several project managers at various levels within the organization/team
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Ability to regularly communicate analyzed data to client and team to achieve project goals
Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings, furniture, and space planning concepts
Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed
Highly organized with strong analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to support or lead Business Development initiatives as assigned or requested
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to interact with the customer’s executives, JLL executives, and cross functional teams members.
Ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, client’s representatives, and team members
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Project software (i.e., RSMeans, Bluebeam)
