Daily Tasks will include but not limited to the following: Aid in advanced support of WCB SP Intranet including The Hub, which would include: Set up and use best practices in SharePoint for organizing, saving and archiving information.

Set up using comments or discussion board on SharePoint pages.

Advice on better use of existing SharePoint functionality and search features to enhance the user experience throughout the Hub.

Aid in the migration of StaffDev from Drupal 7 to SharePoint which would include: Move content to SharePoint

Set up and use best practices in SharePoint for organizing, saving and archiving information.

Setting up HTML training modules that exist in Drupal 7 in SharePoint

Aid in the migration of HR Web website and applications from Drupal to SharePoint. Set up and use best practices in SharePoint for organizing, saving and Archiving information.

Set up Job Postings functionality to mimic current Drupal 7 functionality built in PHP.

Aid WCB as needed in the migration and organization of content from Oracle Web Center to Sharepoint

Aid WCB in the Ux design and useability of Sharepoint

Aid WCB in taking advantage of all the available functionality and features of Teams and Sharepoint to meet the needs/requirements of functional areas.

Aid in the implementation and adoption of both technologies

Perform knowledge transfer of advanced Teams and SharePoint functionality, features, and development to state staff

IT Specialist

Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.

Senior 60-84 months: Candidate is able to work independently, without assistance and provides guidance to others. May have an advanced education. 60 Months of Experience in development and configuration of O365 SharePoint and Teams including all Sharepoint and Teams functionality including sites, workflows, lists, libraries (Document Sets), custom functionality, design, and integration with other O365 tools like Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Stream, Websites, Whiteboards, Wikis, Word and others.

48 Months of Experience in Microsoft technologies and Software Applications including Ux, Design, Planning and Development of applications.

24 Months of Experience with development of SharePoint Online apps using PowerApps AND PowerAutomate

48 Months of Experience with using best practices for organizing and layout of data for optimal user-experience(Ux), allowing seamless expansion of the site as needed.
