Talent Engagement Specialist

The candidate manages a variety of ongoing projects, preparing data and materials, proposes and launches new efforts, and benchmarking talent & engagement strategies within and beyond the legal industry. Works closely with the entire Talent/HR Organization to understand global and local business needs and objectives. Helps to implement processes and projects to achieve Firm goals, particularly those around engagement, retention, well-being, and a shared employee experience across Cleary offices. Leads and contributes to the proactive review and implementation of current talent practices, processes, organization, and coordination. Regularly reviews and streamlines processes to achieve efficiencies, and actively develops ways to improve global Talent communications, project workflow, collaboration, and accountability. Leads projects and market research as needed to develop and maintain insight into competitors and competitive trends; routinely researches emerging Talent trends in legal field. Works directly with a variety of stakeholders across global offices and prepares and leads presentations and summaries. Responds to data, research, and presentation requests as needed. Projects and topics in this role to potential engagement surveys, annual review processes, efforts around flexible and hybrid work, associate coaching, well-being initiatives, global talent communications. Bachelor’s degree is required. Should have 5+ years of experience working in Talent Management and/or HR at a professional services organization or law firm. Experience with project management and independently leading project work is required. Experience generating insights from analysis of multiple inputs and sources is required.
