Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains telecommunications equipment. Provides reports, completes requests for new service, and determines methodology for installing telephone service. Determines appropriateness of moderate equipment changes or modifications including call switches, test trunks and test links, and installs communication circuits. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.

Job Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent with 5-7 years direct or related experience.
5 years experience in all aspects of OSP and ISP installations.
Proficient in the installation of infrastructure and innerduct.
Proficient in the installation, termination and testing of fiber optic and copper cable.
Avaya Call Manager (CM) 6 Certification.
Current Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
