Work you'll do

As a Workday Student Integrations Lead, you should expect to be involved in the following:

Utilize your higher education client expertise from Workday Student to develop, test, and deploy integrations to meet business requirements

Communication of Workday capabilities to clients

Consistent and ongoing interaction with client subject matter experts

Development of strategic plans and solutions

Provide counseling & coaching, oversight, and support for delivery teams & staff

Participate in pre-sales, proposal, and RFP initiatives

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or other relevant discipline; or equivalent experience

5 years of experience with Workday Student, preferably in consulting and in the higher education sector

2 years of experience leading integrations on Workday Student projects.

Travel up to 25-50% (While 25-50% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)

Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

Higher Education experience in or with Workday

Experience in Data Conversions

Workday Tech Certifications/ Workday EM Certifications

Functional knowledge in particular area of HCM

Experience with Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

Knowledge of the HR function and processes or relevant academic coursework / professional certification program
