Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in workers' compensation law, with a strong foundation in case management and defense strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective advocacy and client interactions.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Bar license in the state of Kentucky.
