This position performs high quality diagnostic Magnetic Resonance procedures for a wide variety of clinical indications while maintaining patient comfort. This position may also perform these procedures from a mobile unit.','!*!
This position requires current registration with the American Registry for Radiologic Technologists (ARRT); must meet minimum requirements for Washington State to apply ionizing radiation and be certification-eligible (if not certified with Washington State, will not perform venapuncture or administer diagnostic agents and must obtain certification with Washington State within 30 days of employment).
Current CPR certification.
Also required for this position are proficient computer skills with an emphasis on technical and billing/scheduling systems.
Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, pathophysiology and magnetic resonance physics; excellent public relations skills; the ability to multitask; the ability to lift equipment and assist in moving large patients; must be able to satisfy magnetic resonance and employee safety requirements.
Must obtain MR Registry within 1 year of hire.
Preferred: Advanced MR Registry.
