Senior Corporate Paralegal – healthcare
The candidate will be responsible for: Taking initiative to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization’s legal services. Fulfilling requests for a wide array of contracts, insurance and legal correspondence. Drafting employment, subcontractor and various other types of agreements. Organizing contracts, insurance policies and legal filings. Reviewing and analyzing various legal documents and service contracts. Contributing to the development of standard operating procedures related to purchasing and contracting with vendors. Helping to assess risk and compliance related to healthcare regulations and corporate compliance. Providing administrative support to General Counsel and Director of Legal Support. Should have 7+ years of Paralegal experience in a corporate office environment in the healthcare industry. Must have strong analytical and written communication skills – and the ability to transform concepts into clear and effective contract terms. Should have high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications – especially Word, Outlook and Excel.
