Winston & Strawn's Charlotte office is looking for a practice attorney to join its litigation group. In addition to having strong academic credentials and excellent legal research and writing skills, the candidate should have strong organizational and analytical skills. Candidates should have the ability to work in a collaborative team environment, manage a large caseload efficiently, and be able to provide excellent client service. Ideally, candidates will have financial services and/or mortgage litigation experience. The position is not a partnership track position. While Charlotte is our preferred location for this position, candidates for our other U.S. offices will be considered - please mention the location in which you would like to be considered in your cover letter. All candidates must be admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location.
