Patent Litigation Associate - Mid-Level

The candidate should have 3 years of prior work experience in PTAB, patent litigation in district court and/or ITC proceedings; strong research, writing and analytic skills; an ability to work independently and creatively; as well as an ability to work successfully as part of a team. A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Software Programming, or a related field is required. Applicants with some degree of familiarity with software coding are preferred. All applicants should have excellent academic credentials and references. Must currently be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) where they apply.
