Long-Term Care Partner / Senior-level Associate Attorney
The candidate should be a junior partner or senior attorney with significant long-term care transactional experience. Experience in transactions involving acquisitions, lending, sales and joint ventures with long-term care and seniors housing facilities would be particularly valuable. Good judgment and a track record of success are needed. Should be academically distinguished with excellent legal writing and analytical skills.
