Currently, we are looking for Account Executives to join our Sales Team who are passionate about digital health and helping cardiac patients through our innovative remote patient monitoring body sensor technologies. The right individuals will join a dynamic and fastpaced start-up environment and work with cross-functional teams to raise awareness about BardyDx and our innovative CAM Patch, and to drive market adoption of the CAM Patch as the new standard of care in cardiac  monitoring. Ideal candidates will have a combination of medical sales (ideally with a focus on Cardiology or EP) and B2B sales experience, with some start-up or small company experience preferred. Theability to deal with adversity, and to quickly adapt new sales strategies as market conditions change, are ideal traits for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a territory business plan and sales strategy

• Increase revenue in assigned territory by promoting BardyDx’s Core products

and services

• Develop relationships with Electrophysiologists, Cardiologists, Internal Medicine,

Family Practice, Neurologists and Emergency Medicine Physicians to drive increased

adoption

of products & services

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, office staff, and practice/

hospital administration

• Spend 80% of your time in the assigned territory promoting the company’s products

and services

• Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, determine ways to improve the

overall customer experience, and generate new sales and marketing tactics that grow

market share, and drive growth

• Manage your business ethically and stay within company budget guidelines

with business expenses

• Train staff, physicians and administration on the proper usage and billing codes for

our products & services

• Perform other duties as assigned or required

Required Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree with a combination of successful medical sales (ideally with a focus

on Cardiology or Electrophysiology) and B2B sales experience is the ideal target

background experience

• Previous Cardiology or Electrophysiology Sales experience preferred

• Previous Medical Device or Diagnostic Services Sales experience strongly preferred

• Previous Cardiac Monitoring or Cardiology preferred

• Experience selling to hospitals, including Emergency Departments, is strongly

preferred, but not required

• Some start-up or small company experience preferred (ability to deal with adversity,

to execute with limited resources, and to quickly adapt new sales strategies as market

conditions change)
