The Institute on Public Safety and Social Justice is dedicated in its mission to further alternatives to mass incarceration and creating solutions to reduce violence in the city. To this effort, the Data Analyst will support the evaluation processes and offer technical assistance services to our collaborative partners.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eFacilitates program data collection, monitoring and outcome measurement, and evaluation practices.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCollaborates with the Data Manager to interpret results and define strategies to improve service delivery and assure that program goals are attained.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvides consultation and technical assistance to program partners at all levels in areas of program development, outcome measurement, and program evaluation.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDevelops annual goals and plans for agency Outcome and Evaluation responsibilities.\u0026nbsp; Makes recommendations for Partnership strategic planning in regard to evaluation and outcomes.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEnsures the agency\u0026rsquo;s use of up-to-date, state-of-the-art methods to measure outcomes and the attainment of agency goals.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintains collaborative relationships with universities and state or national organizations supportive of standards, outcomes, and evaluation programs and systems.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eRepresents the agency with outside organizations, including coalitions, non-profit entities, and others on matters related to outcomes and evaluation.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eContinuously increases knowledge base around essential functions, through conferences, meetings, training, and other learning opportunities.\u003c/li\u003e
