This role involves managing a wide array of litigation matters, including personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, construction defects, and business disputes. Location:

• Chandler, Arizona

Duties:

• Handle litigation cases from inception through resolution

• Develop and implement litigation strategy

• Draft pleadings, motions, legal briefs, and discovery documents

• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts

• Take and defend depositions

• Argue motions and attend mediations; trial participation is a plus

• Work collaboratively with legal team members and provide case updates

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience

• At least 1 year of experience defending tort claims

• Ability to independently manage caseload and deadlines

• Experience with legal research, discovery, and motion practice

• Proven record of effective courtroom appearances and client advocacy

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the State Bar in Arizona, or eligible for admission via motion or reciprocity

Skills:
