Litigation Associate with 2 to 5 years of general commercial litigation experience. The position will entail a heavy emphasis on insurance coverage. Excellent academics, legal research, writing and analytical skills are required. Previous insurance coverage experience is preferred but not required. Federal or state court clerkships or public sector experience with significant courtroom experience also considered. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of the State Bar of Texas.
