Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons, LLP seeks a 4-6 year Litigation Associate for the Dallas office. This position is specifically focused on legal research and writing, motion practice and briefing. It will require some handling of smaller to midsized casualty litigation matters on behalf of major insurers, including commercial automobile, premises liability, products liability, and construction defect claims, but research and writing is the skill most desired. Writing skills are a must. Writing samples need be submitted. Experience handling depositions, hearings and small trials a plus. Zero expectation for client management or business development for this lifestyle friendly post.
