Assistant Director of Student Affairs

Duties: Will work with students entitled to receive accommodations under the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) including intake interviews, accommodations for the academic year and examinations, and assistance in demonstrating accommodation needs for the Bar and other licensing examinations. Will be responsible for coordinating with university's faculty and staff, as necessary, about the implementation of accommodations for those students. Serve as the primary academic and personal counseling advisor to students in the JD program, providing service to students by appointment and on a drop-in basis Organize the law school’s bar examination advising program, which includes conducting individual and group counseling on the Bar examination. May be called upon to represent the law school on university committees which focus on various aspects of student services.
