Our firm handles complex litigation in a variety of substantive areas, including commercial litigation, labor and employment, trade secrets, and complex marital business litigation. We are known for our extensive trial experience, and associates get significant hands-on experience. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced candidate desiring to obtain substantial courtroom and civil litigation experience.

Interested candidates must have commercial litigation experience, excellent writing and interpersonal skills, superb academic qualifications, and substantive pre-trial and trial skills, including experience handling discovery and drafting dispositive motions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with a group of the best trial attorneys in the field from inception to trial
• Drafting and responding to discovery demands
• Appearing for court conferences and oral argument on motions
• Conducting depositions
• Meeting with expert witnesses
• Counseling clients on case developments and drafting status reports
• Writing motions on a variety of complex legal issues
