Digital Marketing Specialist

The candidate will work closely with the Senior Manager of Marketing and Communications to manage the firm's digital presence including website, email distribution software, video editing and production, social media expertise, and other marketing/technology-related duties. Plan, implement and manage the firm's marketing, website analytics, content strategy planning/execution, and social media strategy. Work closely with the firm's lawyers and other departments leads to accomplish the primary goal of helping attract new business, communicate to current clients about firm activities and successes. Oversee the firm's website, including the functionality/design/budget. Lead the firm's SEO strategy & identify KPIs for website traffic. Plan, build and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms. Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against the firm's goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify and assess trends and insights to optimize spend and performance using tool such as Google Analytics. Provide creative & effective digital marketing ideas for events, external marketing materials, display advertising campaigns, and internal and external communications. Design, manage, and maintain the firm's social media content (primarily LinkedIn and Twitter). Provide regular reports on social media metrics to drive engagement and highlight the firm's brand/strategic initiatives. Oversee and contribute to the design process and execution of video creation/editing. Collaborate with internal teams to create effective campaigns and to execute on new. Collaborate with agencies and other external vendor partners.
